Maximum number of people who can stay at the property is 6 unless otherwise agreed. An additional child aged 0-2 may be accommodated and a travel cot can be supplied at no additional cost.

Quiet hours – Listening to music is wonderful, but please mind your neighbours. After 22:00, we enjoy the peace and quiet. Guests must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00.

A maximum of two cars may be parked at the property.

Candles create a great atmosphere, but please don’t leave them unattended.

You are not allowed to park any boats, trailers, popup campers, caravans etc. in or near the accommodation.

Please use the electricity and gas considerately, any excessive use may incur an additional charge.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age.

Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.

The client may in no circumstance re-let or sublet the property, even free of charge.

Breakages and Damages

If you notice something is missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there has been any damage or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly, especially before check-out. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday & you may be charged for any loss or damage.

Wheelchair/Disabled Persons

Regrettably the accommodation we feature may be unsuitable for many visitors with mobility difficulties. To ensure the accommodation and location is suitable for visitors with a disability, it is essential that all booking requests from parties, including people with special needs, give us full and clear details of those needs at the time of booking. We also require confirmation as to whether or not the disabled visitor will be accompanied on their holiday by an individual able to attend to all their requirements.
